Wayfair, the maker of the big-name garden decorators, is considering the idea of turning its own landscaping into a home improvement project.

The company said Wednesday that it is looking to use a system of prefabricated wood panels to house a garden that can be customized to the person who buys it.

Wayfair has been growing its business for years, but has been slowly becoming more active in the market as the company prepares for a $3 billion acquisition by a Chinese conglomerate.

It is planning to expand its portfolio of garden decorator designs to incorporate other designs.

“Wayfair Garden is an example of how an individual can become a master in design,” said Robyn Garden, chief executive officer of Wayfair.

“We have a vision for a sustainable future where the world can live, work, play and enjoy without destroying the planet.”

Wayfair started as a home renovation company that helped people move their belongings into a new home.

Today, the company has more than $100 million in annual sales.

The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2019.

The goal of the acquisition is to add design expertise to the existing company’s portfolio of designs.

Waycare will become part of the company’s “worldwide expansion” and will work with the newly formed company to create new products and services.

The company is also looking to create a network of similar, “value-added” home improvement businesses that it can sell to other companies, the people familiar with the matter said.

WayFair is looking for designers who can help it create custom designs for individual garden pieces and can work with Wayfair to build custom solutions for other properties, the person said.

A Wayfair spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Wayfare’s design expertise is likely to help the company scale up its business in the future.

The purchase, which is expected in the next three to five years, could create more than 2,000 jobs, according to the people who have seen the proposal.

Wayfairs products include landscaping, home furnishings, furniture, kitchenware, appliances and more.

The product lines include furniture, furniture accessories, home goods and household items.

Wayward has about 5,000 employees and a global sales network of more than 1,200 retail stores and service companies.
